1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, and contact information.
2. PRODUCTS
NORVIXNEST offers baby and toddler products, including activity centers, activity gyms, soothing toys, crib mobiles, and baby playpens.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, colors, dimensions, prices, and images accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings or product updates.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may update, discontinue, or limit products without prior notice.
3. PRODUCT SAFETY
Customers must review all instructions, warnings, age recommendations, weight limits, and assembly requirements before using a product.
Baby products must be assembled and used with appropriate adult supervision. Regularly inspect products for loose, damaged, worn, or missing parts and discontinue use if a product appears unsafe.
Soothing toys, activity products, mobiles, and playpens are not substitutes for adult supervision or a safe sleeping environment unless the product description specifically states otherwise.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order because of:
• Product unavailability;
• Incorrect pricing or product information;
• Payment authorization problems;
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
• Shipping restrictions; or
• An error in the order.
If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
5. PRICES AND TAXES
All prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, discounts, free standard shipping at $0 for orders delivered to valid addresses within the 48 contiguous United States, and the final order total are displayed before the customer completes payment.
We may correct pricing or listing errors before an order ships. If a correction affects an existing order, we will contact the customer before proceeding.
6. PAYMENT
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and participating payment providers. Please review our Payment Policy for additional information.
7. SHIPPING
Processing times, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, tracking, and delivery limitations are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed when delays are caused by carriers, weather, natural events, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Cancellation requests should be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order. An order can only be canceled if it has not been processed or shipped.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including the NORVIXNEST name, logos, graphics, photographs, text, product presentations, and website design, is owned by or licensed to NORVIX LLC.

Our total liability concerning a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where a different remedy is required by law.
